I have never shopped at value city.But I hear from friends that they have great bargaing.I want to know your experience of buying there and the quality of branded stuff you get there.
I have been shopping at Loehmann's.Is it similar to that?|||Que?|||Never heard of Loehmanns. Value City is pretty great though, depending on which one you go to. Also you have to go frequently as they are always getting new stuff and the good stuff sells out quickly.
